Request a Retake/Regrade

Retake Procedures (for tests):

1. Find the correct answers for what you got wrong on the test.
2. Practice the Quizlet Flashcards.
3. Complete the Retake Packet. You can get this from me. 
4. Get a 4 on the Haiku Practice Test.
5. Fill out a Retake Request (see form below).

Regrade Procedures (for reports):

1. Look at the rubric at the bottom of your Google Doc to see which sections you NM.
2. Read my comments (the highlighted text in your Google Doc) and revise as necessary. 
3. Fill our a Regrade Request (see form below).
